designwork's revamp of Public Trust’s identity changed the image of New Zealand’s oldest trustee organisation from an earnest, dated social service to a witty, modern and relevant brand, revolving around the brand promise ‘Your Word Is Law’.

Result: Public Trust saw a 25% increase in its main will writing business and an operating loss of $5 milion became a $1 million operating profit in the following year.
